Instructor approval is required. Welcome to the world of combining the dream with the opportunity! Technically, this workshop offers the means to develop physical and vocal relaxation in performance. We aim to apply your style to the style of music you are performing when interpreting the music vocally and/or physically. We focus on writing patter and presenting you to the audience, not only through song but through the spoken word, as well. We work on staging and structuring your material in a way that allows for a solid and satisfying artistic performance. We work on expanding and varying your repertoire using all styles of music and prose.

Course includes a performance on 8/19 for students enrolled in both full sessions. Participation in course performance for students enrolling late will be at the instructor's discretion.
