Broadway veteran Teri Ralston will be combining work on both singing and acting skills. A big believer that singing is one of the most powerful means of communication, Teri will help you find your own personal connection to a song, and develop your ability to share that with your audience. A good song should have a beginning, middle, and end, all stemming from an action and working to tell a story. Strong emphasis will be placed on finding, or creating, the action of your song, as well as on its intent, its focus, and its result. Finally, Teri believes that singing is FUN, which is one of the major things she hopes to impart to her students in this class.

$400, $55/single* (8 classes, no class 11/24)

Course includes a performance Thursday, 12/16 for students enrolled in the full session. Participation in course performance for students enrolling late will be at the instructor's discretion. Course fee includes performance fee.
