It also seems that Ann Hampton Callaway, who co-taught a Jazz Master Class here in Summer, has been talking about Singers Forum! There's a link to the video below. We also wanted to remind you that, with only 97 shopping days until Christmas, Singers Forum Gift Cards make a great stocking stuffer! Read on for all the details...

Don't Forget Technique!

Relaxation & Breathing

Everybody loves to work in performance classes or sing at karaoke; get up and sing, work on your interpretation, hear the applause. But it's very important to make sure that you're using the proper vocal technique to make the most out of those performance classes, or even when just singing for fun. You wouldn't go on a road trip with bald tires or stand on a rickety ladder to change a light bulb, so get the support your voice needs!
Singers Forum has Voice Technique classes that can help. We currently have openings in Elizabeth Russo's Wednesday Voice Technique class and Katya Kortny's Saturday Voice Technique class.
With the proper technique under your belt, you can focus on the other important aspects of your performance - motivation, interpretation, movement - without being distracted by "technical difficulties"!
Voice Technique Wednesdays, 6:00 - 8:00 pm 9/13-12/20/06, 14 classes (no class 11/22) $504, $41/single class
Voice Technique Saturdays, 1:00 - 3:00 pm 9/16-12/26/06, 13 classes (no class 11/25) $504, $41/single class
