Tomorrow night, Ted Muzio returns to the keys to play for Open Mic at Singers Forum.  Ted is a well-known and established musician and singer and has run popular open mic nights around the city.  Plus, he's sure to sing a few tunes for you himself!

Registration for Spring classes starts this Monday, December 8 at 10:00 am.  Get a jump on your New Year's Resolution and sign up for that class you've been thinking about, or make sure you don't get locked out of your favorite one!  Sign up by December 20th at 5:00 pm and get 10% off the class fee.

Remember, if you sign up for two classes in the same session, you get 5% off the second class!  Three classes?  Take 10% off the third, as well.  That's a good deal!

It's All in the Arrangement! 

What happens when you take some great Motown hits, give them a new point of view and a fresh arrangement? That’s what you will be exploring with Multi-Award-winning director and musical director, Lennie Watts and Steven Ray Watkins. Each participant will be assigned two Motown songs to learn as written. Then the fun begins! Over the eight-week session, we will collaborate on personalized treatments of these great songs. We will explore the lyrics, and the style of the song, and create a one of a kind arrangement just for you! At the end of this session, your eyes will be opened to a whole new way to look at music!

Enrollment limited and by audition only. Course includes a performance on the evening of 3/14. Each participant will also receive a chart for their arrangement of one of their two pieces.

Audition Dates & Times: By Appointment Only
Saturday, January 3 - 1:30-3:00 pm
Monday, January 5 - 6:30-8:30 pm

Audition requirements: Call for an appointment. Prepare one song that you feel shows you at your best, but bring alternate material and be ready to sing another song, if asked.  Please bring appropriate sheet music.
